With a Degree in Art Therapy/Clinical Counseling and Psychotherapy and over 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals of all ages to facilitate healing and personal growth. I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions through various modalities.

In my work, I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques, blending creativity with evidence-based practices to help individuals express and process thoughts and feelings.

Education:

MA in Clinical Counseling and Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, MA. Adler Graduate School, 2013.

BS in Art Education K-12. St Cloud State University, 2004

Licenses and Certificates:

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, 2017

  • Board Approved Clinical Supervisor LPC/LPCC, 2019

  • Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), 2021

My Approach:
I offer a person-centered, holistic, trauma-informed approach that respects your unique needs and preferences. Whether you are dealing with ADHD/neurodivergent symptoms, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, or simply want to explore your emotions, I tailor each session to meet your goals.

I also use integrative lens and can incorporate expressive modalities and mindfulness based practices upon request. Art therapy is not about creating "perfect" artwork—it’s about the process and experience of creative expression that leads to healing and insight. The creative process can unlock the unconscious mind, develop self-awareness, and promote emotional resilience.
